Hi! I’m Nell, the artist behind this site! I’m 70 years old, live in southern California, retired and started painting about 8 years ago! I have always been an observer and lover of colors and watercolor painting has led me to a world of wonder and satisfaction. Watercolor seems to move and takes on a life of it’s own. Sometimes, it’s a beast to control. Uncontrollable, is how I’ve sometimes been described so no wonder I get along with it so much!

I started making greeting cards from my paintings. I progressed to producing “prints” of my original art for wall art. I’ve discovered that PAPER is my Happy Zone! If I can paint on it or print on it, you may find it here on these pages.
